Can I get a refund?
Refunds for conference registration is refundable until September 21, 2023.
Registration is transferable to another person until October 19, 2023.
If you are unable to attend in person, remote viewing is available. If you chose to attend virtually, you can get a refund for the in-person portion until September 21, 2023. No refunds will be given after September 21, 2023.

How do I download and login to the Aventri Events App?
The
SAIL mobile app is available for conference registrants.
SAIL mobile app is available for conference registrants.Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and input the access code 600827. Your username is the email you registered with, and your password is your last name (case-sensitive).
The app has the program, speaker information, and a site map for the summit!
What is the suggested attire for the conference?
The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is in downtown Atlanta. Please dress comfortably and warmly enough for hotel-level A/C.
How do I sign up a guest for a room or a meal?
There is a separate link for reserving a hotel room and for the conference registration. Conference attendee’s meals are included for conference guests only. In the conference registration link you can purchase additional meal tickets for guests.
What are the Covid 19 protocols for this conference?
The safety and comfort of all conference attendees is paramount to the team working on SAIL. We will be complying with Georgia Tech’s Covid 19 policy, which you can access here.

How much is parking at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center?
While the hotel does not operate the parking garage connected to the hotel, discounted self-parking options are available onsite for $21 USD per night with in and out privileges (subject to change). For additional information, please contact our Front Desk team at 404-347-9400. Valet parking is unavailable at this time.
