Blueprinting Sessions

 
As part of our Roadmap and Innovation initiatives Sensormatic Solutions is utilizing a new VOC Blueprinting round table process to capture customer feedback on their most important concerns and pain points associated with the selected topics below. During these VOC sessions our small blueprinting team will explore your feedback through Discovery Q&A, Ideal State Ideation, and Preference Ranking to understand where we should focus our roadmaps and investments. These sessions are fast paced, interactive and all information captured is in full view of the participants throughout.

Inventory Intelligence

As COVID has transformed the retail landscape, inventory optimization has become critical for retailers. This session will explore how highly publicized emerging topics, like AI and circular economy, intersect with RFID inventory management across retailer operations (item manufacturing, distribution center, store).

Loss Prevention & Liability

This session is about the shopper experience and the whole shopper journey; Measuring the milestones along the Shopper Journey - From the identification of a need, consideration of where and how to purchase, shopper retention strategies and loyalty programs, and understanding shopper online and offline adnocacy. Video/AI

The scope will be directed to advanced use of video surveillance and video analytics in the retail environment. The session will include topics ranging throughout the store regarding the use of video to create efficiences, maximize sales, and minimize losses.
