In addition to guest speakers we will be hosting Voice of the Customer blue printing workshops for Inventory, Loss Prevention & Liability, Shopper Experience and Video/AI. These workshops will take place on Day 1. We ask that you pre-select which session you would like to attend in order of preference when registering.

We will also host a Technology Exhibition area where we will be showcasing some of our solutions alongside some of our partners.

At last year's event the Dragon's Den Innovation Sessions were really popular so we will be running a series of these over the 2 days.

Conference Venue

The Hotel Meliá Avenida América is a fantastic urban hotel, with great connections to the city centre, with a taxi and bus stop opposite the hotel and a metro station 10 minutes away.

Gala Dinner Venue

Palacio del Negralejo is a country house built on the ruins of the Negrales Castle, providing a beautiful backdrop for this year's Gala Dinner.
