Booking Your Hotel
Please note the cost of hotel per night is $259.00 plus taxes for single occupancy vs $129.50 plus taxes for shared accommodation. You will be charged for your hotel accommodation upon check-out.
A limited number of hotel rooms are available at the discounted rate of $259/night and will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Otherwise, rooms will be available at $299/night.
Booking your hotel is done during Conference registration. You will receive a hotel reservation confirmation email directly from the hotel after registering for the Conference.
Check In: 3:00 PM; Check Out: 12:00 PM
How to Get to the Hotel
Ground transportation to downtown is available via the UP Express (Pearson Airport – Downtown Toronto/Union Station in 25 minutes) and by taxi, rideshare such as Uber/Lyft, and other accessible transit options.
Valet Parking
Valet parking spots are available on a first come first served basis. Hotel Valet Parking hourly rate is $25.00/hr + tax ($28.25). After 3 hours, the charge is $60.00+tax ($67.80), which is the per day cost.

Corporate Traveller
Corporate Traveller has been designated by MS Canada to provide travel (i.e., air or train) for the 2023 endMS Conference. Corporate Traveller’s experienced staff will work with you to source the most advantageous routings and airfares, according to your individual needs.
Delegates who would like assistance booking their travel should contact Amanda Nowak to book travel to and from Toronto before October 2, 2023.
Note for funded delegates: You are required to book your travel with Corporate Traveller. If travel is not arranged through Corporate Traveller, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the travel.
