As you travel between tours, treat yourself to a delicious meal served in the elegant banquet room of Scotswood Links. Then get ready to be wowed by the first stop on our itinerary: Philippot Farms, Manitoba's "Dairy Legacy". This third-generation family farm is owned by Alain and Michelle Philippot, who have generously opened their doors to us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour.

Next up is Halarda Farms, where you will witness firsthand their state-of-the-art "Future-proof dairying" solutions. With 1,280 cows to care for, this farm is one of Manitoba's largest and most innovative. You will have the chance to explore the calf barn, heifer barn, and robot facilities, and learn about the cutting-edge technology that drives this thriving operation.

Throughout the tour, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with the farmers and experts who make these farms so successful.
