Terms & Conditions 

By registering and attending Workiva Amplify (“Amplify”), attendees agree that their information will be processed and stored by Workiva Inc. and its affiliates (“Workiva”) and by Stova Group, LLC on Workiva’s behalf as Workiva’s event management provider. Use of this site and the related mobile application are subject to the Workiva terms of use, Workiva privacy policy, and the Stova privacy policy. 

Attendees acknowledge they are 21 years of age and consent to be photographed and video-recorded (in print, audio, and/or electronic formats) for publicity purposes by Workiva, its partners, and agents. 

Opt-out of conference update emails
Workiva will use your contact information to provide you with updates about Amplify. If you opt-out of receiving such updates, Workiva will keep your contact information to verify you have a valid registration for the event, but will stop providing you with Amplify updates, unless those updates are related to issues regarding Workiva’s obligation to provide you with access to Amplify. 

Intellectual property 

All intellectual property rights in and to Amplify, Amplify content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with Amplify are owned by Workiva and/or Amplify sponsors or speakers presenting at Amplify. You may not reproduce (such as screenshots or video recordings), distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or allow anyone else to reproduce (such as screenshots or video recordings), distribute, modify, create derivative works of any Amplify content or any materials distributed at or in connection with Amplify without prior written permission of Workiva and/or the owner of such content or materials. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at Amplify, in any Amplify content and/or in any materials distributed at or in connection with Amplify for any reason without the prior written permission of Workiva and/or the trademark owner. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned or used under license by Workiva or any of its affiliates or grant to you any right or license to any other intellectual property rights of Workiva or its affiliates, all of which shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Workiva and its affiliates. 

If you provide Workiva with any comments, suggestions, ideas or other feedback regarding Workiva’s products, services, events, or our business, whether written or oral (collectively “Feedback”), either directly or through any third party, you do so without any expectation of compensation or attribution. You hereby grant Workiva a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to use such Feedback for any purpose at Workiva’s sole discretion, and Workiva has the right, but not the obligation, to use such Feedback in any way without restriction or obligation to you. Workiva will be the exclusive owner of any products and services and any intellectual property resulting from Workiva’s use of such Feedback.

Warranties and limitation of liability
Workiva gives no warranties regarding of any aspect of Amplify or any materials related thereto and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing these Terms & Conditions, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness and merchantability. Neither Workiva nor its affiliates can accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of Amplify and/or any information provided at Amplify. Other than to the extent required as a matter of law: (i) neither Workiva nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from Amplify or other aspect related thereto or in connection with these Terms & Conditions. The maximum aggregate liability of Workiva for any claim in any way connected therewith or related to these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort or otherwise (including any negligent act or omission) shall be limited to the amount paid by you to Workiva under these Terms & Conditions to attend Amplify. 

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
