The tours will offer a unique chance to learn about the latest technologies and innovations while getting an up-close look at how these businesses operate. You'll have the chance to meet and learn from industry professionals and gain a deeper understanding of the local agricultural industry.
Tour Option #1 - GLC Minerals (limit 30 people)
GLC Minerals invites you to join them for a behind-the-scenes experience at their Green Bay processing facility. You'll learn the science of minerals; understand why mineral supplements are essential for healthy dairy herds; tour GLC's Dryer, Mill and Packaging facility; talk with mineral experts and discover how producers run more efficient operations while optimizing animal health and nutrition.
Tour Option #2 - Schreiber Foods (limit 30 people)
Get an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Schreiber Foods, a customer-brand leader in cream cheese, natural cheese, process cheese, beverages and yogurt. Headquartered in Green Bay, this is your opportunity to learn more about how milk is transformed into a variety of products around the world. Schreiber Foods has more than 10,000 employees and a presence on five continents. It partners with the best retailers, restaurants, distributors and food manufacturers around the globe.

The reception is a perfect opportunity to savor the rich and complex flavors of artisanal cheeses... there's a cheese for everyone at the Master Cheese Reception.

Sustainability Day

This year, Dairy Strong is dedicating an entire day to sustainability. Content will focus on practices, policies and strategies that aim to address the challenges posed by climate change while ensuring sustainable development and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. It will offer a platform for organizations, businesses and individuals to discuss their sustainable initiatives and practices while inspiring others to enhance their sustainability efforts.
Farmers for Sustainable Food Annual Meeting

Join us for updates on FSF activities over the past year, board elections and updates from all of the farmer-led groups supported by the team. We will share opportunities on how to get involved with Edge Dairy Farmer Cooperative Climate-Smart projects.
