How much is registration for ASPIRE23? 

Registration fees for the main conference are as follows:

  • Early Bird Pricing - $979 (June 15 – July 15)
  • Normal Pricing - $999 (July 16 – August 31) - Now extended until Friday, September 15!
  • Late Pricing - $1,200 (September 15 and on)

Where can I find my registration information?

You can find your registration record, reference number and further details in your registration confirmation email. Please contact us at  marketing@aais.com if you have any questions. 

Can I register my entire group at once? 

Unfortunately, you cannot register your entire group at once.  After you've registered the first guest, go back to the main registration link and continue registering your group!

How do I get a receipt? 

Simply access your reservation record (via your confirmation email) to retrieve & print your receipt. 

I need to cancel my reservation. What is your refund policy? 

Full refunds are available until August 5 at 11:59 pm CDT. Partial refunds (half of registration cost) are available until September 5 at 11:59 pm CDT. Please contact marketing@aais.com with any questions. 

What accessibility options do you provide? 

We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. Please let us know if you require accommodation in order to participate in ASPIRE fully.
