Inky Johnson

Husband, father, collegiate athlete, entrepreneur and author, Inky Johnson is one of the most highly sought after speakers in the world. For over a decade, executives, professional sports teams, business owners and people all over have benefited from the raw energy of his thought provoking and inspirational presentations. Whether the topic is leadership, teamwork, excelling in the midst of adversity, embracing change, mental agility or perseverance, Inky’s message is effective and efficient.

Inky’s gift of being an effective communicator has allowed him to crossover into different industries. He is a leader called upon by leaders. A partial list of his clients include Chick-fil-A, Dell Technologies, Aflac Insurance, Cooks Pest Control, State Farm, AT&T, Comcast, Coca Cola, Bank of America, Stryker, The University of Tennessee, The University Of Alabama, The University of Texas, The University of Oregon. Inky earned his Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology from The University of Tennessee. He was a three year letterman and two year Captain on the Football team, where he started as a cornerback. In his junior year he was projected as a top thirty draft pick. Unfortunately, on September 9th, 2006, he sustained a life threatening, career ending injury that paralyzed his right arm and hand. From that day to present day Inky has had a burning desire to use his situation and experiences to add value to people’s lives.

Inky’s words have resonated all over the world— “The one thing we all have in common is that we will encounter adversity, but we have to decide how we respond to it. My arm and my hand are paralyzed but my heart isn’t, my mind isn’t, my dedication isn’t, my work ethic isn’t, my commitment isn’t.” Inky is on a mission to serve and is someone that takes tremendous pride in what he does.

Inky is the host of “Serendipity with Inky Johnson Podcast.” He devotes time to mentoring athletes and underprivileged youth and is one of the founders of The Inky and Allison Johnson Foundation. Inky and his wife, Allison, lives in Atlanta, Georgia with their two children, Jada and Inky Jr.

Clint Pulver

Known as the leading authority on employee retention, Clint helps organizations retain, engage, and inspire their team members from the front desk to the board rooms and everyone in between. He expertly helps audiences navigate generational complexities, communication challenges, leadership missteps, and culture cues.

As the president and founder of The Center for Retention, Clint has transformed how corporations like Keller Williams, AT&T, and Hewlett Packard create lasting loyalty through his research and work as "The Undercover Millenial". A self-motivated entrepreneur, he is well versed in business start-up, leadership, sales management, management training, and helping teams grow multi-million dollar accounts. He uses that experience to create teachable relationship and business strategies based on trust, service, support, connection, and consistent follow-through.

Clint strongly believes that a single moment in time can change a person's life. He has traveled the world speaking to a wide spectrum, of diverse audiences, challenging them to dream, excel, connect, and believe-- both in themselves and in the power of others. His mantra? Let’s kick this Conference off in style with a private studio tour of Universal’s backlot. Go behind the scenes and see where some of your favorite films and television shows were – and are – filmed. Together, we’ll explore one of the world’s busiest movie and television production studio lots. You will see the original Jupiter’s Claim set from Jordan Peele’s horror epic, NOPE, see where Desperate Housewives was filmed, and come face-to-face with Amity Island’s most famous resident – “Jaws.”

Attendees not planning to attend Launch Day are encouraged to arrive in the afternoon of October 16th. Attendees arriving in time to experience Launch Day should arrive on October 15th.

There are two airports close by. We encourage all attendees to arrive and depart out of either LAX or BUR. Rideshares are also encouraged to travel between airports and hotels.



Los Angeles International Airport is approximately 25 miles from our Universal City hotels. LAX will have carriers with more direct flights and pricing options to choose from.



Burbank Airport is approximately 5 miles from our Universal City hotels. BUR is a smaller airport and will have less carrier options with fewer direct flights and pricing options to choose from.

If an attendee will be sharing a room, *lodging assignments will be managed and assigned by Unleashed Brands. Additional nights and rooms may be purchased by and at the expense of the attendee.

Attendees have the following options for Conference Registration Fees:

Option 1: Bill in full on the next month's royalty statement.

Option 2: Payment plan, which allows for the registration fees to be split evenly across the number of months that remain between registration date and conference, then charged accordingly to monthly royalty statement. The earlier you register, the more months you have to spread payments out.

New Franchisees will have the option to pay via credit card or bank wire. A member from the Unleashed Brands Accounting Team will work directly with new franchisees to complete the registration payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All conference attendee & accommodation registrations are non refundable. Registrations may only be transferred to a person standing in place of an attendee if unable to attend.
