Has Callaghan Innovation organised a travel package?

No - Callaghan Innovation has arranged discounts for tickets and a limited number of hotel rooms. It is your responsibility to book these yourself.  You will receive details and links to book your hotel room and SaaStr Annual tickets when you register.

How will financial assistance be appropriated?

There is a limited amount of financial assistance available to companies who without it would not be able to attend the conference. Basic financial information must be disclosed as a part of the application if you wish to be considered. Only companies who have not attended SaaStr Annual before are eligible for financial assistance. Companies with less than 10 employees will be given preference. Applications for co-funding have now closed for 2020.

Do I need to attend the Regional Prep Workshops to join the delegation?

The purpose of the kiwi delegation to SaaStr Annual is not only to add value through prep workshops and exclusive events, but also provide kiwi companies with the opportunity to network and learn from other kiwi SaaS founders and leaders. It is expected that those who are first time participants in the delegation attend a Regional Prep Workshop.  All successful co-funding recipients must attend.  Returning Kiwi SaaStr participants are welcome to attend all events.  

When do registrations close to be part of the delegation?

Final close date for applications to be a part of the delegation is 29 November, 5pm.
