REGISTRATION PROCESSING AND CANCELLATION
25th Anniversary package registrations are for in-person attendees only, are non-refundable but are transferrable. Registrations received without payment by deadline will be cancelled. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows. Registrants will be automatically charged according to the registration status selected and will not be eligible for a refund in the event that the registration status was incorrect. For example: an ACMA member who registers as a non-member will be charged as a non-member; and/or, an individual who completes a single registration will not be eligible to later be added to a group registration. Sessions, events, and exhibits can only be attended by registered attendees. A name badge is required to enter all conference events, including the exhibit hall. Guest passes are only available for the 25th Anniversary Concert and include transportation to the event. Other benefits of the 25th Anniversary Package are reserved solely for main conference registrants. Children are not allowed at any of the conference events.
By submitting your email address as part of your conference registration, you agree that ACMA may send you case management and/or conference related information. Per organizational policy, ACMA does not rent or sell contact lists.
Attendees are prohibited from distributing materials or otherwise marketing themselves or businesses at the conference unless they are a paid exhibitor. This applies to all areas of the conference facility, including the exhibition areas, session rooms and break areas. Paid sponsors and exhibitors may exhibit in the exhibition area and must limit marketing activities to their designated area (confines of their booth) or other paid sponsorship event.
ACMA reserves the right to use any photograph or video for general marketing purposes taken at any event sponsored by ACMA without expressed written permission.
