BUILD-A-BEAR WORKSHOP
If you were among the early ACMA 2024 National Conference registrants, a Build-a-Bear ticket will be included with your conference badge. Visit the exhibit hall during open hours on Friday, April 19, or Saturday, April 20 to join the experience and claim your bear. On Sunday, April 21 we will open Build-a-Bear tickets to eligible, non-ticketed attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible attendees may only receive one bear and additional bears are not available for purchase. Sponsors, exhibitors, and guests are ineligible to receive attendee amenities.

Win the Wheels has become one of the most highly anticipated events at the ACMA National Conference, drawing huge crowds and excitement! In 2023, our winner left with the keys to a brand new Honda. Once again, one lucky attendee will leave with a brand-new car!
How it Works:
All attendees receive a Networking Passport upon onsite registration. Attendees must receive a stamp from each Participating Company and Priority Car Partner listed on the passport. Once the passport is completed, attendees must take their passport to the ACMA Solutions Center in the Exhibit Hall where a staff member will validate that the passport is completed and give you an entry ticket for the car giveaway. Priority Car Partners have extra tickets which will increase your odds of winning the car. Be sure to visit the Priority Car Partner booths to collect extra entry tickets!
ACMA GRAND OLE OPRY CONCERT
The Closing Party is one of the biggest social events of the conference! And this year, we will celebrate at the ACMA Grand Ole Opry Concert. Our lineup of performers, many of whom will share their own health care stories, is not to be missed. And, we will reveal the 2025 conference location during this exclusive event!
