Call for Presentations | ACMA 2025 National Conference
Do you have a unique solution, intervention or strategy to improve care management? What tips and best practices could you share with case management and transitions of care professionals to implement into their practice?
ACMA conferences bring together case management, health plan, and transitions of care professionals to network and exchange ideas, engage with innovation in the field, and discover new practices.
We are seeking presentations that:
- Address key challenges in health care delivery system case management
- Convey original solutions, interventions, and strategies
- Provide deliverable tools
- Include outcomes data

ACMA 2024 National Conference

The Music City Center (MCC) is Nashville's convention center located in the heart of downtown. Directly across the street from the Omni Nashville Hotel and the Country Music Hall of Fame, the convention center will host ACMA's main conference functions.
MCC Parking: Open daily to the public and Music City Center guests, MCC has a three-level, covered garage located at 701 Demonbreun Street. Primary access (P3) is at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Demonbreun Street with auxiliary access (P1 & P2) along 6th Avenue.
