Conference Information

Below is your information regarding your flight, rooming, and ground transportation information for convention 2023

The countdown to the Onelife Fitness Convention is on! Please review and complete the below items to ensure a seamless travel process. 

1 WEEK BEFORE DEPARTURE

1. Photocopy your passport: A photocopy of your passport is required during the hotel check-in process. Bring a minimum of 1 copy to the event. 
2. Review your flight information and 6-digit confirmation code: Your flight information and a 6-digit confirmation code should have been emailed to you by  GINNY@EVENTTRAVELINTL.COM. Review the information for accuracy and take note of the confirmation code. You will use this code to check-in to your flight 24 hours before departure. 
   • If you did not receive this email, contact onelifefitnessconvention@helmsbriscoe.com immediately.
3. Register for an INM account: Complete the account registration process using this guide. Once complete, take note of your login information as you’ll be required to sign back in during the ride to the hotel.
   • The site will default to Spanish. If this is not your native language, we recommend opening the site in the Edge browser as it offers translation options. If, for any reason, you're unable to complete the process, then the hotel staff will walk you through it during check-in. 
4. Download the Convention app for updates, and to navigate the event: Open the Apple store or Google Play store and search for the Aventri Events  app. Once downloaded, follow the prompts to allow push notifications, and input your login information: 
   • Access code: 317114
   • Username / login: Your email address
   • Password: Onelife23

24 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

1. Check in for your flight: 24 hours prior to your flight, please go to your flight carrier's website to check- in. Enter your 6-digit confirmation number and your last name to pull up check in information. While checking in for your flight please verify all information on your ticket is correct.  You will need to enter your passport information.   Some of you are on a group booking.    Online check-in may not be available, and you will need to check in at the airport.

DAY OF DEPARTURE

2. Arrive to the airport early: Plan to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your flight's departure time with your passport in-hand.
3. Go through customs: When you arrive at the Cancun airport, you will be required to go through immigration and customs. There are two ways to complete this process: via QR code or a passport stamp. You may choose the option that you prefer—details are outlined below:
   1. QR code: After scanning your passport, you will receive a ticket with a QR code. You must save this QR code to present at the hotel. The hotel staff will then assist you with filling out a Digital Migratory form.  
   2. Passport stamp: An immigrations officer will stamp your passport. You must have one blank page of your passport available. The hotel staff will assist you with filling out a Digital Migratory form during check-in.  
4. Take transportation to the hotel: Once you have cleared customs, go directly outside the terminal building to meet your Amstar DMC representative. They will be holding Onelife Fitness signs. During the ride to the hotel, a Onelife Fitness team member will walk you through the next step of the INM registration process.
5. Complete the check-in process: Amstar DMC will drop you off at the hotel lobby. There, the Onelife Fitness team will direct you to the check-in tables.

Arrival and Departure in Cancun: 

IMPORTANT - AIRPORT ARRIVAL PROCEDURES - PLEASE CLICK AND PRINT THIS INFO OUT

We are partnering with Amstar for bus transportation to and from the Cancun Airport. When you land in Cancun, go outside the terminal building to meet your Amstar DMC representative immediately, they will be holding Onelife Fitness signs, and wearing a blue shirt and khaki's. Since we have already arranged for your hotel transportation, there is no need to stop with the people offering you information in the corridor. This will help ensure a timely departure to your resort for everyone.  

Departures on September 10th from the Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun will be leaving from the hotel front drive, located off the hotel main lobby.  All guests need to be on the shuttle 3 1/2 hours prior to your flight departure.

Please make sure to be checked out and ready to go at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. There will be an Amstar rep at the hotel front drive on Sunday, September 10th, from 9am-1pm, in case you have any questions.
