FAQ


Do I need a passport to get into Cancun, Mexico? You will go through customs & arrivals at the Cancun airport where you will receive an immigration visitor's card upon arrival in Cancun. PLEASE BE SURE TO SAVE THIS DOCUMENT! You will need to present this document to the resort at check-in. In addition, you will need to present your passport at check-in, where guest services will need to photocopy your passport.

Will I need to a COVID test to travel? No, a negative COVID-19 test is NOT required to enter the U.S. A negative COVID-19 test result is NOT required for entry into Mexico.

Is the resort all inclusive? All food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are included on the resort. Premium level spirits and room service are available for an additional charge.

Do I need to bring my own cash or credit cards? Yes. You'll need to make sure you have transportation to and from your home airport. You will also be responsible for covering any checked baggage fees you incur as well as any snacks, etc. you purchase at the airports. At the resort, almost everything is covered, but if you want to purchase premium spirits or specialty room service items or book some select activities (e.g. golf), you'll need to provide payment (credit card).  Upon check-in, you will need to present your card for incidentals, and there will be a $350 hold for incidentals, that will be given back to you if not used.

Will there be any out-of-pocket costs? 
During the official dates of the event, expenses associated with airfare, ground transportation to and from the Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, overnight accommodations, and meals will be covered for you. Transportation to and from your local airport and all incidental charges (i.e., room service, in-room private bar, dry cleaning, phone calls, faxes, business center charges, etc.) incurred during your stay will be at your own expense.

What additional amenities does the Royalton Splash Riviera provide?  In addition to an all-inclusive beach front experience, the resort also provides Spa services,  tennis courts, and  Spa and the Casino del Mar beckon.

Will my cell phone work at the resort?  There will be limited cell reception and WiFi access on the resort. It is recommended that all attendees speak directly with their cell phone plan providers to obtain information about international options.

Is Onelife Fitness providing transportation from the Cancun airport to the Royalton Splash Riviera and for our return? Yes! Buses are being provided by Onelife Fitness. Look for your travel day volunteer at the airport and follow signage to the bus.

Should I bring sunscreen and bug spray?  Yes.

How do I get to and from my home airport? You are responsible for your own transportation to and from your home airport.

What if I have special dietary requirements? 
Please note any dietary requirements under the “Register Now” tab when you register and we will be more than happy to accommodate these requests.

What is the weather like in September? 
During the month of September, the average high is in the upper 80s to low 90’s with evening temperatures in the high 70s

What should I pack? What do I wear to convention seminars and workshops?  Casual clothes are fine. No bathing suits in sessions but shorts and t-shirts are fine.
For dinner, most people dress up for dinner. Commonly you'll see a lot of sundresses, collared shirts, and shorts. Please be aware that some restaurants do NOT allow jeans for dinner and most restaurants do NOT allow bathing suits without proper coverups.

What is the distance from Cancun International Airport to the Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun?
