Join us for an invite-only open house and cocktail reception where you’ll learn how NTT DATA is partnering with organizations like INDYCAR to define the future, solve complex problems, and innovate the customer experience.

You’ll have the opportunity to hear about the latest sustainability initiatives at NTT DATA and Penske Corporation, the parent company of INDYCAR, and meet with executives from NTT DATA and Michigan-based Vectorform, an NTT DATA company.

A highlight of the evening will be meeting one of the talented NTT INDYCAR SERIES drivers who will be competing this weekend.

Agenda

Our innovation pit stop will run from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Felix Rosenqvist, driver of the No. 6 NTT DATA Arrow McLaren Chevrolet, and Scott McLaughlin, driver of the No. 3 Penzoil Team Penske Chevrolet, will be making an appearance at the event from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. We strongly encourage arrival at 4:00 p.m. to maximize your time with the drivers before they take on the newly designed Detroit Grand Prix Street Course. 

Overview

You’ll experience NTT DATA’s technical solutions in action from our open-air hospitality suite, take part in a tour of the paddock and pit lane, and meet an NTT INDYCAR SERIES driver. The highlight of the day's on-track action will be witnessing 27 drivers chase down the checkered flag on the 1.7-mile, 10-turn street circuit through downtown Detroit.

Your tickets are for NTT DATA's pit lane hospitality suite. On the circuit map, we're in the orange rectangles between the paddock and pit lane.

Dress Code

Racing events take place at large, outdoor venues. There will be considerable walking and you will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

• In the suite: We recommend comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes and casual attire. No tank tops or flip flops, please.
• In the paddock and pit lane: If you plan to participate in our activities — which include visiting the paddock and/or pit lane — INDYCAR requires closed-toe shoes, long pants, and an over-the-shoulder shirt in those areas. You may be denied access if you are not in compliance.

• 12:45 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.: INDY NXT by Firestone – Race #2

How/when will I receive my suite ticket(s)?

Suite ticket(s) have been shipped to the address provided in your registration via UPS for delivery on Wednesday, May 31. 

Do I have to attend the innovation pit stop?

We strongly recommend attending the innovation pit stop. If your guest (must be 18+ years of age) would like to join you for this portion of our event, they're welcome to do so.

What accommodations does this invite include?

• NTT DATA is pleased to host you and your guest (must be 18+ years of age) at Thursday's innovation pit stop and Sunday's at-track activities.
• Attendees are expected to arrange and pay for their airfare, hotel, transportation, and any other expenses required for this event.

Can I bring more than one guest?

Each invitee may register themselves and one guest who is 18+ years of age. Due to limited suite capacity and high demand, we are unable to allow attendees to bring multiple guests. We appreciate your understanding.

What if my guest and/or I can no longer attend?

We understand that plans can change. Please contact our team at nttindycar@nttdata.com as early as possible.

• If your guest can no longer attend: If you would like to bring a new guest in their place (must be 18+ years of age), you'll need to send us the new guest's first name, last name, and date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) no later than Wednesday heading into this event weekend. This information will be used for their INDYCAR credential, which will give them exclusive access while at the track. If we do not receive your new guest's information by Wednesday, they may not be able to participate in all of our at-track activities since they won't have an INDYCAR credential.
• If you can no longer attend: If you've already received your tickets, do not resell or redistribute them. When you email our team, we'll provide instructions for what to do with your unused tickets.

What kind of access will we have at the track?

We require attendees to be 18+ years of age and have a suite ticket to enter NTT DATA's hospitality suite. This open-air suite overlooks pit lane and will be catered throughout the day.

Upon your arrival to our suite, check in with our events team and sign for your INDYCAR credential. This credential provides access to the paddock and pit lane throughout the day. INDYCAR credentials are submitted in advance and are non-transferable. We are unable to replace credentials onsite.

What are the parking and/or transportation options?

What kind of catering will be available in the suite?

Food and beverages (beer, wine, soda and water) will be provided throughout the day.

What happens if there's inclement weather at the track?

This event will take place in rain or shine, but inclement weather that impacts safety may result in schedule changes. Look for official updates on the NTT INDYCAR SERIES' Twitter or Instagram channels, or from our events team.

You are voluntarily electing to attend this in-person event. Please review our COVID-19 protocols below.

• Prior to attendance at the event, please be sure you are fully vaccinated or have received a negative viral COVID-19 test no more than three days beforehand.
• Please adhere to any jurisdictional, local health authority or venue requirements with respect to this event. This includes mask wearing, social distancing, vaccination and COVID-19 testing. Hand sanitizing while at the event is encouraged.
• INDYCAR may require a waiver to be completed and submitted by attendees onsite.
