The CHAM Conference is back again! And this year, we’re coming together to frame strategic responses that will bring resiliency and sustainability to our housing. Our properties, portfolios, residents and staff are stressed to the limit. We cannot face these profound challenges alone.
Our sessions will dive into both strategic and practical topics:
Green investment and energy efficiency to reduce costs and mitigate climate change
Equity and inclusion frameworks that elevate the needs of our residents and communities
Technology to increase communication and operational efficiency
Expanding capacity and efficiency in our workforce and systems
Exploring and maximizing value in our portfolios
Understanding what’s new with federal, state and local housing policies
Join the largest convening of asset management professionals in the nation as we address the unprecedented impact of the pandemic on affordable housing.
