What is the cost to attend? How do I pay my registration fee?
- ACCSC Member School - $625 per participant until August 18, then $675 per participant thereafter
- Non-ACCSC Accredited School - $900 per participant
- Consultants and Vendors - $2,000 per participant
The Intensive Workshops on Monday, September 18, incur an additional fee – if you add these during registration, it will be added to your total registration fee due.
Registration fees can be paid online by credit card. ACCSC-accredited schools may also send a check if registered prior to August 18, 2023, at which point all registration fees require payment by credit card.

What’s new this year?
Returning this year - you know 'em and you love 'em, the PDC Community Dinners! Invitations to sign up for a slot will be available prior to the PDC to registered participants only.
Am I required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend the PDC?
Although vaccinations are preferred, participants are not required to be vaccinated for COVID-19. Participants are, however, required to be respectful of one another with regard to personal preferences, such as wearing masks or declining to shake hands.
Is there a special rate available at the PDC hotel?
Yes, visit the Venue and Travel page to set up your travel arrangements and stay at the hotel with our special PDC rate.
Is there discounted fee for a few sessions, or can I share registration with someone else?
We are offering registration for the full conference only, with the ability to add additional Intensive Workshops and activities. We do not offer partial registration nor split registrations between participants.
I am already registered, but have more people to register. How do I do that?
Just click the Register button and start a new registration for them.
Is there a conference registration group rate available?
No, there is not a group rate available; be sure to register early to get the discounts available for participants from schools.
Is there a virtual registration available?
We know first-hand how valuable virtual and hybrid options are. However, the PDC will presented fully in-person with no virtual sessions.
How do I cancel my registration?
You can reply to your registration confirmation and our PDC team will take care of you. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee; registrations cancelled within 7 days of the conference are non-refundable.
Do I need to download anything ahead of time?
The PDC Mobile App will be available for download prior to the PDC so you can start planning your time in Arlington and connecting with other participants. You will receive an e-mail once it is available.
What is the dress code? What is the first thing I should do when I get to the PDC?
Business Casual is preferred for sessions during the day. For evenings, including the PDC Welcome Reception, you're encouraged to dress casual and for the theme of the evening. When you arrive at the PDC, you should first check in with our PDC staff to receive your name badge which will give you access to PDC activities. All activities require a PDC name badge to attend.
I didn't register for the PDC. How can I download the mobile app?
Only confirmed PDC registrants will have access to the mobile app, so be sure to register.
