Women Franchise Leaders Presentation: "Invest in the Future: Build Your Network Now"

Speaker Sandra Sage, SVP of Customer Solutions for Clemens Food Group, will discuss the importance of mentoring and supporting women leaders. Sandra is the first women to hold a leadership position at Clemens. She is the executive sponsor for the company’s Network of Women affinity group and often speaks about the importance of mentoring relationships and how to champion talent.
This event is open to all WFA members – those interested in being or finding a mentor and those who want to learn how to be better allies or champions to women in their organizations.

Sandra Sage has been with Clemens Food Group (CFG) for 12 years, leading the organization’s sales expansion and marketing efforts. She has just recently taken on the role of SVP of Customer Solutions. In 2020, she assumed the position of senior vice president leading the supply chain areas of the business, which includes transportation, warehousing, purchasing, customer service, scheduling and sales and operations planning. Sandra is the first woman in CFG to hold a senior leadership position. She is the executive sponsor of their women’s affinity group, Network of Women (NOW) and has participated in many industry-related women’s networks such as WMIN and NEW, often speaking on mentoring and how to champion talent. Prior to joining CFG, Sandra spent more than 25 years in retail leading teams from purchasing to category management and merchandising, to department operations for various retail and wholesale organizations. She is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University Academy of Food Marketing as well as the St. Joseph’s University Executive MBA program. Sandra serves on the Executive Board of the ALS Philadelphia Chapter and has chaired the planning and advocacy committee for the last five years.
