On-campus housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis for alumni who are registered to attend Reunion Weekend events. You will be given your housing assignment when you arrive to the Welcome Center on campus. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific rooms or buildings.
All overnight on-campus guests will be housed in The Commons. Apartments include two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining/living room, air conditioning and wireless internet access. View additional photos and amenities.
On-campus housing is available for a maximum of two nights (Friday and Saturday) at a price of $200 per night, per room. Each reservation accommodates a maximum of four guests to a room. Only one guest needs to purchase housing for each group. When registering for on-campus housing, please include the first and last names of all individuals who will be staying with you; if you do not know all guests at this time, please add them to your reservation by May 12, 2023.
The Buffet Breakfast and Farewell Brunch in Dougherty Hall are complimentary for all guests who reserve on-campus housing.
On-campus accommodations are basic student rooms that offer few amenities and reflect the standard student living experience. Rooms are comfortable, but not luxurious.
Apartments will be supplied with pillows, bed linens, towels, washcloths and a limited supply of blankets. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so our strong recommendation is that you bring extra blankets with you.
Basic personal care items such as soap, shampoo, toilet tissue and hangers will also be provided. Please also bring any additional toiletries or other items you anticipate needing. Note that housekeeping services will not be available during the weekend.
Visit the Residence Halls page for photos, information on room amenities and additional items to pack.
Accommodations are available at the Courtyard by Marriott Valley Forge/King of Prussia in Wayne, less than seven miles from campus.
Reserve your room at the group rate online or call Marriott reservations at 1-800-321-2211 and reference the “VIL Room Block.”
