With more than 26 championship courses designed by some of the game’s top course architects, a trip to Hilton Head Island is not complete without time spent on the green.

To ensure our guests fully benefit from their time on the Island, KUBRA has arranged an 18-hole golf outing to the Barony Course at Port Royal for the morning of Monday, October 2.

Designed in 1963 by George W. Cobb, the Barony Course was one of the first courses on Hilton Head Island. With newly resurfaced Bermuda greens that are protected by unforgiving bunkers, accuracy is a fundamental skill to any golfer who wishes to conquer this beautiful course. Even after 60 years, the Barony Course continues to receive praise from top golf publications.

An unforgettable experience for nature lovers and anyone looking for a fun and educational adventure on the water!

Take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful South Carolina Lowcountry on this relaxing boat cruise. Depart from Shelter Cove Marina for a casual exploration of the picturesque Broad Creek and surrounding waterways in search of the area’s fascinating wildlife.

The tidal creeks offer great opportunities to see local and migratory dolphin populations. Herons, ibis, wood storks, bald eagles, and ospreys dot the landscape.

This tour is led by a USCG licensed Captain who doubles as an experienced Interpretive Naturalist; sharing knowledge of the habitat and the processes that take place within it.

Two departure times are available:

• Group A: Departure from The Westin at 1:00 p.m. and return at 3:15 p.m.
• Group B: Departure from The Westin at 2:45 p.m. and return at 5:00 p.m.

You are cordially invited to join KUBRA for an evening of fine dining and entertainment at Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club. 

Cuddled by the Atlantic coastline, Port Royal is located on the northwestern point of Hilton Head Island and named one of the "Top 75 U.S. Golf Resorts" by Golf Digest Magazine.

Attendees and guests will experience a taste of true Southern hospitality. Executive Chef Curtis Epps’ cuisine is based on the traditions of the low country, with contemporary twists to classic dishes. In addition to a sit-down dinner with the freshest local ingredients, the evening will include an open bar and live entertainment.

Guests are asked to dress in any combination of black and white.
