The guest registration fee includes participation in the early arriver dolphin eco tour, the welcome reception, and the offsite client appreciation event at Port Royal. Guests must be formally registered to ensure we have the correct counts for food, transportation, etc. Guests must be 21 or older. One guest per registered attendee.
Is there a discount for group registrations?
Yes! Groups of three or more save $100 on each registration. All registrations must be processed at the same time. All individuals in the group must be employed by the same organization. Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Valid from July 21, 2023.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
A full refund will be issued for canceled registrations received by no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on September 15, 2023. Cancellations must be communicated by email to iConnect@kubra.com. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline. No-shows will forfeit their registration fee.

What happens if my name is chosen, but I can’t accept the prize due to corporate policies, etc.?
If you happen to win a prize but can’t accept it, KUBRA will make a donation of the prize's cash value to a charity that you hold dear.
To qualify for the closing ceremonies raffle, do I need to be in the room?
Yes, you must be in the Grand Ballroom to participate and win.
