Presentation Duration -45 minutes (including introductions, closing remarks, and Q&A).
Presentation Deck Format - Decks must be formatted in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT). No other format will be accepted. Presenters will have the choice between using their own corporate PPT template, or a conference PPT template (to be provided closer to the event).
Submission Deadline - Extended! Presentation abstracts must be received by June 23, 2023.

Selection Process & Timing
All submissions will be reviewed and assessed based on originality, relevance/timeliness of the topic, actionable learnings, and overall fit with the conference program. Topics that demonstrate an innovative approach and/or focus on projects completed within the past two years are of particular interest.
We appreciate all submissions, but only successful presenters will be contacted due to limited slots.
*Hotel accommodations will be for one standard room at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa on the nights of October 2-3. Complimentary accommodations will be provided for a maximum of one speaker per utility per selected session. Free iConnect registration will be provided for up to two speakers per session (from the same utility).
