Customers/Associates

ConferenceDirect will make room reservations on behalf of all Customers and Associates. Attendees will be asked to provide their requested hotel dates when they register.

Rooms will be located at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place and are complimentary for Customers/Associates from Tuesday, June 20 - Friday, June 23.

Incidentals are the responsibility of the individual guest; you will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in.

Pre-Event Stays:

For those that wish to extend their stay, a limited number of discounted rate rooms are available for 3 days before the official event dates. Please provide your pre-stay requests when registering. ConferenceDirect will make the room reservation on your behalf. Extended reservations are the responsibility of the individual guest and will be subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy.

Pre Stay Rates: $199/night (plus applicable taxes and fees).

Post-Event Stays:

The Hyatt has very limited availability for Post-event stays. Please contact Erin Quigg if you would like to inquire about Hotel availability and rate.

Partners

Hyatt Regency McCormick Place: $289/night (plus applicable taxes and fees).

Cut-off date is Tuesday, May 30, 2023.
