How do I know my Eagle Award status for 2022?

If I am a 2022 Eagle winner, how will I be recognized?
As a 2022 Eagle winner, one hotel room for 2 nights (checking in on June 11 and checking out on June 13) will be paid for by ODC. Please book your hotel room directly with the Fairmont Dallas and ODC will ensure your nightly room rate and taxes are charged to us.
Do I need to make my own hotel room reservation and by when?
Yes, you are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. Click here to book directly at the group rate of $179 plus tax per night. The deadline to make you reservation is April 28, 2023.
If you are a 2022 Eagle Winner, please make your own hotel reservation. ODC will cover your room charges for the two nights of the meeting.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your hotel arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
How many guests can I bring?
You may bring as many guests as you like. Please be sure to register each of your guests individually, no matter their age. The registration form will prompt you to add your guests. Only registered guests will be able to attend the group meals and functions.
Which meals will be hosted by ODC?
The following meals are included for all attendees*. Please review the AGENDA tab for more details.

What is the dress code for the meetings and evening events?
The dress code for all meetings is Business Casual. Men’s Business Casual guidelines include collared golf shirts or button down shirts with dress shorts or long pants. Women’s guidelines include dresses, blouses, collared golf shirts or button down shirts with dress shorts, skirts or long pants.
Attire for the Topgolf event is Casual. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, so you can enjoy playing all of the games.
Attire for the Awards Ceremony and Dinner is Business Attire. Although a tie is not required, we recommend men wear sport coats and women wear dresses or pant suits.
What will the weather be like? Are there any items I should definitely pack?
The average weather in June will have highs in the low 90’s and lows in the 70’s. But, bring a sweater or light jacket for meeting rooms as the air-conditioning could keep you chilled.
I need to change information regarding my registration. Who do I contact?
Your emailed registration confirmation has a link to edit your registration information. Please note than any changes after May 5 must be made by emailing support@odcnrdm.com.
Can I extend my trip by arriving before the ODC National Ribbon Distributor Meeting begins? Can I extend by staying after the meeting ends?
You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. If you want to stay at the hotel before or after the meeting click here for the specially negotiated ODC rates. A limited number of rooms pre/post the NRDM are available through this reservations link. The possibility of staying at the hotel outside of the meeting dates will be based on the hotel’s availability at the time that you contact them.
How long is the drive from the airport to the Fairmont Dallas hotel? Is transportation provided?
Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is approximately a 15 minute drive and 5 miles from the hotel.
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is approximately a 20 minute drive and 18 miles from the hotel.
ODC will provide a complimentary airport shuttle from both Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) to Fairmont Dallas on Sunday, June 11 and returning to both airports on Tuesday, June 13.
Arrival Shuttle - Sunday, June 11, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM departing the airport every 30 minutes starting at 9:00 AM.
Departure Shuttle – Tuesday, June 13, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM departing the hotel every hour starting at 4:00 AM.
A reservation is requested. Please provide your flight information during registration to hold your shuttle spot.
Shuttles for optional TREQ Tours from the Fairmont Dallas will be available on June 13 departing the hotel at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Shuttles returning to the Fairmont Dallas will arrive back at 9:45 AM, 10:45 AM, 11:45 AM and 12:45 PM.
Do I need to arrive to the hotel by a certain time on June 11?
Shuttles for the Welcome Dinner at Topgolf begin at 5:00 PM, as the Dinner starts at 6:00 PM. Our Product Showcase and Company Store will be open at 11:00 AM and an optional Education Session will begin at 3:00 PM. So come on, y’all!
Do I need to depart after a certain time on June 13?
Optional TREQ Tours will be available in the morning with shuttles departing the hotel at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Shuttles returning to the Fairmont Dallas will arrive back at 9:45 AM, 10:45 AM, 11:45 AM and 12:45 PM.
If it works for your schedule, join us for breakfast from 6:30 – 8:30 AM at the Fairmont Dallas.
Our airport shuttle will run from 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM, departing every hour on the hour.
What is the TREQ tour?
On Tuesday, June 13, come visit our Testing Reliability Evaluation and Quality (TREQ) Center! A must see BEST IN CLASS product testing laboratory. We are excited to welcome you to Dallas and to the our finest testing facility! Our team is committed to timely mechanical, electronic, and metrological testing services and exceeding the expectations of our customers. Sign up for this tour is limited and available at four times; 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Please plan for 1 hour, 45 minutes for this tour, including travel time.

What do I do if my flight is delayed and I land after the complimentary airport shuttle has stopped running?
Uber/Lyft and taxi service, at your own cost, is available at the airport, should you arrive outside the shuttle times. The estimated taxi fare from DAL airport to the hotel averages $20.00-$25.00. The estimated taxi fare from the DFW airport to the hotel is $40.00-$45.00.
I would prefer to rent a car instead of taking the complimentary airport shuttle. What are the costs associated with parking at the hotel?
Valet parking is available at the hotel for $42.00 (exclusive of tax), including in-and-out privileges for overnight guests.
For guests who are visiting for the day, the following rates apply.
$23.00 for less than 4 hours (exclusive of tax); no in-and-out privileges
$30.00 for 4-8 hours (exclusive of tax); no in-and-out privileges
$42.00 for more than 8 hours (exclusive of tax); no in-and-out privileges
