ACMA 2023 CHAPTER CONFERENCE Health & Safety POLICIES
Your health and safety is our top priority.
*Please check back regularly for health and safety updates. Last update: 4/28/2023
As we plan for conference, your health and safety, while enjoying an exceptional education and
networking experience, is our top priority. ACMA has given thoughtful consideration to create health and safety guidelines.
What Attendees Can Expect Onsite
Attendees, speakers, exhibitors, guests and ACMA support staff in attendance may optionally choose to wear face masks while indoors, in accordance with CDC guidelines. Disposable masks will be made available onsite for attendees needing a replacement or additional mask.
Attendees are asked to evaluate their own health and those they are in close contact with before considering traveling and attending conferences. Those attendees with a positive COVID-19 or flu test, or who are actively exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms, should not attend and should contact ACMA regarding their registration options.
ACMA is working closely with the conference venue and our contractors and exhibitors to ensure elevated disinfection and sanitary protocols are met throughout our event space.
We will also continue to seek expert advice on up-to-the-moment health and safety direction from the WHO, the CDC, State and Local public health authorities, and recognized health and safety experts. As more information becomes available, these guidelines may change.
Thank you in advance for helping us to ensure this is a safe, healthy and productive conference for all involved. Please review all attendee responsibilities prior to attending the conference.
These guidelines apply to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and ACMA staff regardless of registration date. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these rules, please contact ACMA.
