Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United Stated must first obtain a visa, but there are a few exceptions. Travelers coming to the United States for business or tourism purposes for 90 days or less from qualified countries* may be eligible to travel without a visa IF they meet the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) requirements.

⚙There are several steps required to apply for a visa. The order of theses steps and how you complete them may vary by U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Please consult the instructions on the U.S. Embassy or Consulate website.
⚙Visa appointment wait times vary by country and Embassy/Consulate, so it is important to apply for a visa well in advance of the travel departure date.

To obtain a Letter of Invitation to process your visa application, you must first register for the IFLN 28th Worldwide Membership Conference. Complete all registration and passport/visa fields during the registration process in order to have the system automatically generate your Letter of Invitation. Official Letters of Invitation are printable and available in PDF format in your registration confirmation email.
*Please note: This year, you will receive (2) complete Letters of Invitation. The first is the standard IFLN invitation, and the second is a letter of invitation from local U.S. member, and conference sponsor, Aries Global Logistics.
It is strongly recommended for your office to select an alternate delegate as a standby should the original representative be unable to attend the IFLN 28th Worldwide Membership Conference due to visa-related issues.
