ACCOMMODATIONS

Q: What is the official conference hotel?

For this event, we have selected the Bellagio Hotel.

Q: Can I book my accommodation at a hotel other than the Bellagio Hotel?

IFLN requires members to stay at the Bellagio Hotel for this conference. Due to the event's contractual agreements with the official event venue, it is required that you stay at the Bellagio to benefit from the significantly decreased conference fees and discounted group accommodation rate during the event dates.

In addition, the Bellagio is the center of conference activity, so you'll be able to network easily with other conference attendees as well as conveniently access all event functions and return to your room for a break. Overall, you'll have the easiest conference experience by staying at the Bellagio.

Q: What is the penalty if I book my accommodation at a hotel other than the Bellagio Hotel?

Q: What does the hotel room rate include?

All hotel room rates include your accommodation, room amenities according to the type of room booked, option to order in-room dining 24 hours a day, property-wide high-speed internet access, cardio room access, and more! You will have the opportunity to either reconfirm or change your payment method upon check-in at the hotel. On April 28, 2022 the Bellagio Hotel will charge a deposit to the credit card on file in order to guarantee your room reservation.

This deposit is equal to the first night's room rate and tax and will be deducted from your final bill. If your credit card is declined during this process, you will be asked to provide us with a different credit card to guarantee your accommodations. Please note, all hotel reservations that are not guaranteed will be released if we do not receive a valid credit card.

Q: When should I reserve my hotel room?

Now! Register right away to secure your guestroom(s) for you and/or your colleagues with the Bellagio Hotel, through the IFLN Group room block.
