IFLN is introducing a NEW networking format at the 2022 Las Vegas Conference which will grant attendees new opportunities to interact with their fellow members in addition to the traditional One-2-One meetings. We are pleased to introduce the daily Social Networking Lounges which are LIVE and offer attendees an additional 4.5 hours of networking sessions while enjoying a more relaxed setting.

PARTICIPATING IN THE ONE-2-ONE MEETINGS

The IFLN Conference One-2-One Meetings allow you to meet face-to-face with your counterparts from any of the IFLN Networks — leading solution and service providers from around the globe — to address the following topics, among others: 

			Share business goals				Build new business relationships
			Explore new business opportunities				Discuss and debate strategies with peers — knowledgeable experts in their field
			Build a presence in new markets				Discuss current business challenges
			Discuss strategies to strengthen existing partnerships				Solve pending or pressing issues

PREPARING FOR THE ONE-2-ONE MEETINGS

The IFLN One-2-One Meetings are allotted 30 minutes by default for each meeting. Between the One-2-One meetings and Social Networking Lounges, you'll have a total of 36 available time slots for meeting with your fellow partners. To maximize your networking ability at the conference, schedule all possible meetings for each representative of your company in attendance.

Signing up early secures your time slots and leaves the limited one-2-one meeting time to share business goals, explore new business opportunities, build a presence to new markets and discuss strategies to strengthen existing partnerships.

MEETING HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOL

The health and safety of our members and staff is of the utmost importance to IFLN, so we're implementing new protocols for the One-2-One meetings.

The tables in the meeting space will now be spaced 6 ft. apart in every direction; thereby reducing the number of people in one area. Hand sanitizing stations will also be available around the conference space.

Please note that masks must be worn inside (in public areas) unless eating or drinking.

MEETING ATTENDANCE PROTOCOL

All attendees are expected to be respectful of each other’s time, so you should be prepared and on time for each pre-scheduled meetings.

If you can’t be present for a pre-scheduled meeting, you are required to notify the person you were scheduled to meet prior to your appointment time. It’s especially important to notify if a delegate will meet on your behalf, or if the meeting needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. If you are suddenly unavailable for an unexpected reason, notify an IFLN representative of your absence immediately.
