Yes, replacements are allowed. To ensure that the replacement receives all requisite communications and materials, please contact events@hlcommission.org no later than 5 business days prior to the start date of the event.
Institutions should send at least four and no more than eight representatives per team.
Daily breakfast, lunch, snack breaks, and beverages will be provided at during the workshop. Attendees are responsible for their dinner each night.
Teams are expected to complete a pre-work assignment. Registrants will receive an email with details on the assignment prior to the workshop.
Participants should bring their laptop/tablets to access data, materials, and other forms of information that is housed in their institution's server. Complimentary wireless internet is available in the hotel event space.
Business casual is requested, and it is recommended that guests dress in layers due to the variance of temperatures in venue spaces.
As a team, we ask that you review this short video in preparation for the workshop. Discuss and answer the two questions in the pre-work assignment, and spend some time thinking about the history and context of strategic planning at your institution.
