ASK TSA
If you’re wondering when your airport's TSA PreCheck lanes are open, why your TSA PreCheck indicator isn’t showing up on your boarding pass, or pretty much anything else related to security screening, text your questions to AskTSA (275-872). You’ll get an answer right away, right on your mobile device. The virtual assistant offers quick answers to frequently asked questions. For more complex issues, AskTSA staff are available daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. Another great place for questions and comments is @AskTSA on Twitter and Facebook Messenger.

USE POINTS OR MILES TO PAY FOR TSA
From airlines and hotels to credit cards and travel sites, many rewards programs enable use of points or miles to cover the cost of TSA PreCheck enrollment. Some programs even cover family and friends as well. It’s a terrific way to enjoy all the benefits of TSA PreCheck for five years. Please find the link here of participating programs for an easier way to cover the cost of TSA PreCheck.

HELPFUL TIPS

BAGGAGE/LUGGAGE
You can check baggage from your home airport to Phoenix, even if you change planes along the way. Make sure your final destination says PHX
(Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport). Please be advised that airlines strictly adhere to the one carry-on and one personal item policy. *Golf clubs count as one check-through bag.

LUGGAGE TRAVEL TIP
We all know that sometimes luggage takes a short detour. Try “Togetherness Packing” with his and her clothes in each bag, rather than separate bags for each of you. If a bag is delayed, it becomes an inconvenience you share, not a disaster for one of you.

CLOTHING & WEATHER
Casual summer wear can be worn during the day any time of the year but be sure to bring a jacket or sweater for occasional cooler evenings. In March, the average temperature for the resort is 79°F, which remains constant throughout the month. There’s so much to be seen in Phoenix, Arizona, so remember to pack comfortable shoes. Be sure to bring adequate sun protection, a bathing suit, sunglasses, a sun hat and flip flops. For our farewell dinner, remember to bring evening attire, which could include a nice dress, slacks and a dress shirt.

CURRENCY
US Dollars are accepted at the JW Marriott.

MEDICAL CARE
If bringing any medication you may need to ensure that it is in a container labeled by your physician. Make sure to pack it in your carry-on luggage. If you need medical attention during the program, please see the Hospitality Desk.

NAME BADGES
You will receive a name badge in your welcome packet at the Hospitality Desk. Please wear it to all official functions.

PERSONAL EXPENSES
Wilsonart has planned a complete program. At your expense, you may charge laundry, 800 telephone calls, tours and personal purchases. The hotel will maintain a personal account for you and will request your credit card at check-in. Please settle this account before departure.

TIPPING AND GRATUITIES
Tips and gratuities have been pre-paid for all activities and events for the group.

ELECTRICITY
Arizona runs on the same electricity as the United States, therefore it is safe to bring any devices that plug into the wall without an adapter

TIME ZONE
Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time Zone. If it is 8:00AM in New York, then it is 6:00AM in Arizona.
