Balloon adventure begins upon arrival at our Sonoran Desert launch site. You will receive a "pre-flight briefing" where you'll learn more about the hot air balloon plus other facts you should know to make you Arizona flight as enjoyable as possible.
Upon landing, you'll be greeted with flutes of champagne and gourmet food. First-time riders will be treated to the legendary ceremony that balloonists all over the world have been sharing for more than a century. Then, carpeting appears on the desert floor beneath your feet along with a lovely table complete with linens and china, a clue to what you are about to enjoy! And finally, to prove your difference from ordinary mortals, you will be inducted into the ballooning society and awarded the certificate d'ascension en machine aerostatique.

We'll begin at the resort and accompanying them to the trailhead; on the way, a guide will deliver a briefing on desert hiking safety, offer tips on staying comfortable, and oversee the completion of the liability release form. When your boots meet the desert, make sure everyone has plenty of water, and snacks. The guide will open up this amazing resource with information, anecdotes and observations of the area through the trail winds.
The award winning Heard Museum has successfully captured the past and present times of the heritage and culture of the Native American people. The museum, an adobe building, originally the home of Dwight and Marie Heard, is nestled on a tree-lined street in the heart of Phoenix. Opened in 1029 as a "museum of primitive art," it has become one of the premier showcases of the Southwestern Indian culture. "Native peoples of the Southwest" is the museum's award winning exhibit filled with thousands of the finest pieces in their permanent collection, including baskets, jewelry, pottery, textiles, a Navajo Hogan, Apache Wickiup and a Hopi corn grinding room.
Take off on an adventure to the beautiful Four Peask Recreation Area on a single passenger ATV. These desert trails include unique flora and exotic fauna.
Spring training baseball nder the warm Arizona sun has been a tradition for devoted fans since 1947, when just two teams, the Cleveland Indians and the New York Giants, came here to prepare for the rigors of the long regular season. Today, 15 teams train in the Phoenix metropolitan area in the greatest concentration of professional baseball facilities found anywhere in the United States.
