Ground Transportation, Upon Arrival in Palm Springs
PRESIDENT'S CLUB ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS - Monday, April 3
After exiting baggage claim, cross the street to the middle island and turn right. PC members will see a mini coach that reads "Remington Leadership Conference". Shuttles run every 20 minutes from 10 am until 5:20 pm.
GENERAL ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS - Tuesday, April 4
After exiting baggage claim, cross the street to the middle island and turn right. Associates will see a mini coach that reads "Remington Leadership Conference". Shuttles run every 15 minutes from 10:30 am until 6:30 pm. Shuttles run every 30 minutes from 7:00 pm until 9:30 pm.
Greeters in black Remington polos will be available to assist Associates in locating transportation.
FOR THOSE DRIVING
Be sure to note the number of miles driven and submit with an Expense Report immediately following conference.
All Expense Reports must be submitted for approval by Friday, April 14, 2023.
Any expenses sent beyond then will NOT be reimbursed.
You will be reimbursed at $0.655 per mile and for reasonable food expenses during your drive.

The Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel is located about 5 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport.
