Remington Sponsor Trade Show
The Remington Sponsor Trade Show will be held at the Palm Springs Convention Center
on Wednesday, April 5, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Alcoholic sample sizes are limited to the following:
Liquor: 1/4 oz.
Wine: 1 oz.
Beer: 2 oz.
Mixed drinks and canned beverages prohibited.
Sponsors will be permitted to set up their allotted 10' x 10' trade show spaces
between 7:00 - 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 5.
Booth breakdown and return shipment packing must occur
at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, April 5.
Each sponsor company showcasing in the tradeshow will be offered the following, if required:
(1) 6' Table
(1) or (2) Chairs
(1) Power Connection
Ice
Internet Access
Please note that since the trade show is hosted at the Palm Springs Convention Center, no additional supplies or resources will be available except for (1) 6-foot table, (2) chairs, internet access, ice and access to power as indicated in your registration. No trade show vendor will be available onsite to set up booths / displays. All set up and teardown is the responsibility of the vendor. Additional outlets, monitor displays, etc. can be requested via registration for an additional fee.
Sponsors will be responsible for all initial shipping and return shipping costs or materials disposal.
Any vendor items left behind in booth space will incur disposal charges back to that vendor.
Shipping Instructions for Trade Show Materials ONLY:
ALL items being shipped for the trade show MUST arrive between Wednesday, March 29, 2023 and Sunday, April 2, 2023.
Each package or box MUST include ALL of the following information, CLEARLY marked on the OUTSIDE of the package:

Your boxes will be delivered to the Palm Springs Convention Center by the hotel. Please do not ship anything to the Convention Center.
Return Shipping Instructions:
At the completion of trade show, sponsors are responsibile for packing and labeling boxes for return shipment. Sponsors will be responsible for moving boxes to a secure area for storage until pickup. A FedEx and UPS pickup will be scheduled for all packages located in the designated area.
