When and where is the 2023 District II Annual District Meeting (ADM)?

The 2023 District II ADM will be held on October 20 and 21 at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge.

Business casual attire is recommended for this meeting.


How many CME credits can I obtain at the ADM?

ACOG District II has applied for CME credit. More information will be forthcoming

 

Registration

 

How do I register to attend?

Registration for the 2023 District II Annual District Meeting is currently closed. You may register onsite.


How much does it cost to attend?

You can find fees on the ADM registration page


What is the cancellation policy?

The deadline to cancel or make changes to your registration is August 30th. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 30. Any cancellations received in writing prior to August 30 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Any cancellations received from August 31 – October 20 will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 processing fee.

Does ACOG provide discounts on hotel accommodations?

All registered attendees will receive a discounted room rate of $294 a night at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge. Click Here to book your stay. To receive the discounted room rate, overnight rooms must be booked by Friday, September 22, 2023.

 

 

Does the hotel have parking?
  1.  

Parking in the hotel parking garage is on a first come, first served basis. When parking in this garage, park on level P2. From there, go to the elevator marked Adams Street. The fee for parking in this garage is $60 daily or $21 hourly. Other parking garages are available close by. Please Click Here to locate another garage if the hotel garage is full. What is the easiest way to get to the hotel?

If you take the train into Penn Station:

  • You can take an Uber, Lyft or any other ride share option and it will take about 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic) and cost about $40 (prices subject to change).

If you take the Subway:

  • There are 4 Subway stops near the Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge:
    • Hoyt St – 6 minute walk
    • Jay St – Metrotech – 8 minute walk
    • Hoyt St-Schermerhorn St – 10 minute walk
    • Borough Hall – 13 minute walk

If you fly:

  • JFK is the closest airport to the NYC Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge

Photography and Filming Policy

ACOG may contract an official meeting photographer to photograph or video all aspects of the meeting. Photography or video may occur in the exhibit hall. Exhibitor and attendees agrees to allow reasonable request from ACOG or the official meeting photographer to take pictures at the meeting.

 

Privacy Statement

ACOG takes your personal privacy seriously. This statement provides information concerning how your personal data may be used by ACOG. Information concerning attendees and their guests may be used and/or distributed by ACOG for its operational, institutional, and/or marketing purposes, including to improve future meetings. Such information may also be distributed to ACOG Annual Meeting exhibitors and/or presenters. Attendees and their guests hereby release ACOG from any liability arising from use of their personal information in ways that are consistent with this statement.

 

ACOG COVID-19 PolicyACOG supports following CDC guidelines which include vaccination and being current on boosters with mask recommendations tied to local transmission rates. More details will be forthcoming closer to the event date.
