Lodging Your Way

The 2023 NYAAE Conference will offer a variety of lodging options for our participants. From camping in your own tent or camper to space in a local Air BNB or hotel, we hope to offer lodging options that will make every participant comfortable. You can see our lodging options below. 

Lodging selection will open soon and be available at a first come, first served basis. 
 

Main Conference Facility: Oswegatchie Educational Center

Onsite Rustic Camping, Bring your own tent, or Camper/RV

Choose this option to get a discounted registration fee AND a camping pack that includes a Coleman cooler, LL Bean flashlight, microfiber quick dry camp towel, and more! 

Onsite Cabin with Electricity or Lodge

Onsite lodging with electricity is limited! This will be available on a first come, first served basis. 
Offsite (local) Air BnB
 
NYAAE has secured 4 Air BnB options along Long Pond Road (this is the road that leads to Oswegatchie). These spaces can fit more than two people if requested. These spaces will be within a 15-20 minute drive from Oswegatchie. See the listings below.

Offsite Hotel (approximately 45 minute drive)

NYAAE has secured a block of rooms at the Ridge View Lodge in Lowville, NY. This is approximately a 45-minute drive from Oswegatchie where the main conference will be held. NYAAE may explore providing a shuttle from this location and back each day.
