GETTING TO CONFERENCE
Arrivals and Departures
Unless otherwise noted, all conference events will take place at voco Chicago Downtown. The conference program will begin early afternoon on May 8 and adjourn the afternoon of May 10. Depart beginning May 10 based on agenda for the closing day or at leisure on May 11.
Flights and Ground Transportation
You are responsible for booking your own flights to and from Chicago. All airfare and airport transfers will be your own personal expenses. Taxis and rideshare services are easily accessible at Chicago-area airports. Please contact Concierge Services at the voco Chicago Downtown at 312-836-5000 should you wish to use a car service.
Driving
For those driving to the conference, daily self-parking is $56/day and includes in-and-out privileges until 3pm CT the day of check-out. The Wolf Point Parking garage entrance is located off the hotel drive at 325 West Wolf Point Plaza.
Taxis
If you wish to take a taxi from the airport, average fares from Chicago Midway International Airport are approximately $40 USD, and $50 USD from O’Hare International Airport, depending on traffic for ground transfers to the hotel.
Rental Cars
If you opt to rent a car, you can find a variety of car rental companies available to you at Chicago-area airports.
Climate / Weather
Average temperatures in May in Chicago range from daytime highs near 70 degrees to evening lows in the lower 50s. Please check the local weather prior to arrival.

Attire
Our meetings call for business casual attire, unless otherwise indicated on the agenda. Be sure to pack appropriate attire, dress in layers to accommodate temperature fluctuations, and wear comfortable shoes for walking.
