EARVIN 'MAGIC' JOHNSON
Earvin “Magic” Johnson is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Magic Johnson Enterprises, an investment conglomerate that provides high-quality products and services that focus primarily on ethnically diverse and underserved urban communities. Having left the basketball court for the boardroom, Johnson parlayed the skills and tenacity he acquired on the court into a winning formula for his successful business ventures.
DR. RANDY ROSS
Dr. Randy Ross is a compelling communicator, craftsman of culture, and bestselling author of multiple books.
In 2008, Ross founded Remarkable! – a consulting and advisory firm that specializes in team development and organizational health.
Before founding Remarkable!, he led several not-for-profit entities in Texas and Florida and served as VP of Recruiting for a large regional mortgage corporation. Later, he became the Chief People Officer of North American Automotive Group.
His role with Remarkable! provides opportunities to work with brands such as GE, McDonald’s, Panasonic, Cox Communications, Compass Group, Chick-fil-A, Keller Williams and IHG Hotels & Resorts, where Ross has inspired and enabled countless people to find new passion and purpose in their work, work better together in teams, and have greater influence and impact.
Spending time in both the for-profit and non-profit worlds, Dr. Ross has traveled throughout the U.S. and internationally speaking, consulting, coaching and building teams and leaders. His unique understanding of employee engagement allows him to offer practical solutions for increasing morale and team performance.
A graduate of Baylor University, Ross also holds two advanced degrees from Southwestern. He and his wife have four children and live in Atlanta, Georgia.
