As of February 15, the main conference hotel, Crowne Plaza, is sold out. Please use the link provided in your confirmation email to book your room at the supplemental hotel, Scandic Park Helsinki, located directly next door.

Please do not use third party sites such Booking.com as IWF will not be able to provide you with the best guest experience.
 

Scandic Park Helsinki

Rates: €194 - €214, based on room type and occupancy. The link to book your room at this special rate will be provided in the confirmation email after your registration is complete. 

The conference hotels are a 25 minute drive from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL). Taxis and Ubers are plentiful. The following Taxi companies provide a fixed rate for transportation from the airport to the city center (where the conference hotels are located): 

Taksi Helsinki:  €35
Fixu Taksi:  €35
Menevä: €39
Lähitaksi:  €50

For exploring Helsinki, the downtown shopping area and Design District is easily accessible from the conference hotels by tram (8 minutes) or by foot (17 minutes). For the tram, we recommend downloading the HSL app in advance available here in the Apple Store or here on GooglePlay.  Please note tram tickets cannot be purchased while on board.
