Emerging Startup Companies - $7,500
Your product isn't quite ready for market, but you're more than ready to share it with your target audience! We support our innovators need to be strategic with a sponsorship opportunity priced for emerging startup companies. Only valid for one year (during growth phase) then 10% booth discount potentially in year two (once product is approved) and full price booth thereafter.

  • Website Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on a dedicated page of the meeting website.

  • Meeting App Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website phone number and 100-word description listed on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page in the official meeting app, historically downloaded by 95% of attendees. Used prior to the meeting to help plan their day, used onsite as a schedule guide and to follow along to presentations, and continue to be used after the meeting as a year-long resource.

  • Program Notebook Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website phone number and 100-word description on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page of the program notebook given to all attendees upon check-in so they can take notes during sessions.

  • Signage Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level on Meeting Signage placed in the meeting space for all to see throughout the week.

Meeting App - $27,000 (exclusive)

Attract more attention before, during and after the meeting as a sponsor of the official meeting app. The opening splash screen helps you to make a strong first impression; users will see this half screen promotion every time they open the app. Rotating banner ads help you attract more leads by rotating up to 3 different banner product or company ads per sponsor at the bottom of the screen.

Escalator Cling - $25,000 (exclusive)

Recharge Room - $23,000 (exclusive)

Located on the lower level, directly across from the exhibit hall, this is a prime space to showcase your company. Wi-Fi Sponsor - $20,000 (exclusive)

Promote your product or company with a customized Wi-Fi name for attendees to utilize during the meeting. After logging in to the Wi-Fi, they will be redirected to your website.

Promote your product or company using the overhead wall on the lower level.

Hotel Room Drop Sponsor - $20,000 (exclusive)

As the official door drop sponsor, your company or product logo and the meeting logo will be printed on the front of the bags (in 1-color) plus you may provide a custom piece for inside. This is an effective and convienent marketing tool that delivers promotional material, invitations and announcements to all Retina World Congress physicians staying within the official room block.
