ABSTRACT

This session provides interactive guided discussion focused on current challenges, ethical issues and barriers within case management practice explored during this conference. Facilitated by a moderator and panelists representing the scope of multisite case management practice, audience members are invited to share best practices and solutions from their practice sites.
