Extending Your Stay
Mitel is pleased to host you and your guest for four nights, March 9 - 13, 2023. The discounted group rate will be honored for three nights pre-program (March 6, 7, and 8) and three nights post-program (March 13, 14, and 15), pending resort availability. The nightly room rate is $351.00 for double occupancy (per person, per night), and $481.00 for single occupancy. These rates include all taxes, services charges, and gratuities. Please note that airport transportation will only be provided on the official program dates of March 9 - 13, 2023. Any additional airfare, transportation, or other expenses will be your responsibility.
Extending your stay is not guaranteed and is based on room availability. During registration, you will have the opportunity to request an extended stay. The Mitel Hospitality Team will then confirm availability with the resort. Please note that your flight cannot be booked until you have received an extension confirmation from the Mitel Hospitality Team. Please allow up to 24 hours for the Hospitality Team to confirm your request after it has been received. Your confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible, pending the resort's response.
