AIR TRANSPORTATION
Each attendee is responisble for booking their own air transportation to Nassau, Bahamas. Once you have confirmed your flights, please send your air itineraries to Amy Young at ayoung@portfolioco.com.
ROUND TRIP GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL
Private group transportation between the airport and Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort will be provided on the group dates of Wednesday, March 22 and Sunday, March 26. Further information on arrival procedures will be provided in your documents packet.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Approximately two weeks prior to your trip you will receive your travel documents that will include a program of events booklet, baggage tags and destination information. This packet will be mailed to the address you provide on your registration form.
BAGGAGE
Prior to departure, make sure you attach the personalized baggage tags provided in your travel packet to your baggage. The personalized baggage tags should remain on your bags throughout the trip. Any airline baggage fees are the responsibility of the attendees. Please refer to your airline's website for current baggage charges and policies.
WEATHER
In March, Nassau has an average daytime temperature of 81⁰ F / 27⁰ C and an average low of 65⁰ F / 19⁰ C degrees. Hats and sunscreen are recommended for outdoor activities, and a jacket or sweater may be appropriate for cooler evening temperatures.

MEDICATIONS
If you require prescription medication, it is advisable to bring all you need in its original container in your carry-on baggage. It is also advisable to pack an extra pair of eyeglasses or contact lenses. If you have a medical condition that requires syringe-administered medications, carry a valid signed prescription from your physician. The TSA no longer allows airline passengers to pack syringes in their carry-on baggage without documented proof of medical need. Unused syringes are permitted when accompanied by injectable medication. You must declare these items to TSA security officers at the checkpoint for inspection.
SMOKING POLICY
All guestrooms are non-smoking. The hotel charges a $500.00 cleaning fee per day if the guestroom smells like cigarettes and/or if housekeeping sees cigarette butts. (This fee will be charged to your personal account.)
PHONE SERVICE & INTERNET
We suggest that you check with your cell phone service provider regarding international calling, texting and data charges on your service plan before your departure to Nassau. For international travelers, special adjustments to your phone’s settings may be required prior to entering the U.S. Please be advised that additional roaming charges may apply. Complimentary basic guest room internet is available in the hotel guest rooms and public areas.

Rum Runners: Comfortable clothing, walking shoes, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
Deep-sea Fishing: Island casual (bathing suits, hats, sunscreen, towels), we recommend bringing a light jacket as well.
Golf:
Men: Slacks or Bermuda length shorts are permitted. Shirts must have sleeves and a collar. Cutoff shorts or blue jeans are not permitted.
Women: Slacks, mid-thigh length shorts and skirts are permitted. Golf shirts without collars must have sleeves... Shirts without sleeves must have a collar. Cutoff shorts or blue jeans are not permitted.
All Players: Only smooth soled tennis shoes spike-less golf shoes or soft-spiked golf shoes are permitted. The Ocean Club does not permit the use of metallic golf spikes. The Ocean Club can change out metallic spikes for soft spikes at a minimal charge.

ATTENDEES RESPONSIBILITIES
A personal credit card must be presented upon check-in to cover all personal charges to your room including (but not limited to): telephone, movies/videos, gift shop purchases, laundry and any charges incurred apart from the hosted events.
