Is there a registration fee?
No. There is no cost to register for the seminar.
Is there a virtual option?
No. There will be no virtual option this year.
Will sessions be made available to watch on-demand?
All plenary sessions will be recorded and available to be viewed on-demand after the seminar.
Is there a registration deadline?
Yes. The registration deadline for all attendees is Friday, October 14 at 11:59PM EST. If you register, and book travel, by October 14 you will receive a complimentary CLS t-shirt.
What health and safety precautions are being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
To travel for NHF business, including the Chapter Leadership Seminar, NHF requires all in-person attendees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. NHF will follow all CDC and local guidelines and regulations. In-person attendees will agree to abide by and engage in conduct that is beneficial to health and safety while attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to temperature checks, wearing a mask in accordance with CDC, NHF and local guidelines in public areas, engaging in appropriate physical distancing, and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19. Are airfare and hotel accommodations covered by NHF?
Yes, NHF covers the cost of airfare and hotel accommodation for 2 individuals from each chapter.
When do I need to arrive in Scottsdale?
You must arrive on Monday (November 14), no later than 4pm local time (MST).
What is the required attire?
Business casual
Is there a time to visit and see some parts of Scottsdale or Phoenix?
During the conference, dinner will be on your own and you can use this time to visit the area.
Will there be any activities aside from the general sessions and industry roundtables?
