The AELP National Conference 2023 will be returning to the 4* Novotel London West, Hammersmith for the 9th time, this June.

The hotel has some of the largest conference facilities in the area and can cater for up to 1000 delegates - no other conference, event, convention or exhibition venue in London is as well-equipped or as versatile. Coupled with 26 awards for excellence gained over the past several years, Novotel London West has become the venue of choice for London events.

This modern hotel offers quality accommodation with 630 bedrooms offering free internet access and freeview TV. It has two restaurants serving international cuisine and the Lounge bar serves snacks and cocktails. It also has a gift/newspaper shop, a fitness centre, cash machine and even a shoe shine machine!

For the AELP National Conference, the main conference room, registration area, accommodation check-in desk, exhibition/catering area and the syndicate rooms are all conveniently located in one part of the venue.

Accommodation
AELP have reserved a number of bedrooms for conference attendees at the Novotel London West for the nights of 25th and 26th June 2023.

These rooms are reserved at our special rate but are subject to availability.

All bedrooms are 'superior' and are furnished to a high standard. Enjoy modern decor and ergonomic comfort; a Queen bed, en-suite bath or shower, sofa bed, large flexible work area, 26" LCD TV, pay per view channels, internet access, broadband connection, hair dryer, iron, laptop safe, minibar and tea/coffee.

Accommodation rates have been arranged between AELP and the Novotel London West ONLY. AELP are not arranging accommodation for this conference with any third parties or other hotels.

We recommend booking your accommodation at the earliest available opportunity, limited rooms are available.

Check-in time is 3pm
Check-out time is 12pm

Accommodation Fees

Single Occupancy per day: £160 +VAT

Double Occupancy per day: £170 +VAT

Please note: Accommodation is NOT included in any conference attendance fees nor is it included for AELP full members using their complimentary place. Should you also require accommodation outside of these dates, please contact the hotel direct to arrange.

How to book your accommodation
Please note accommodation bookings closed on the 26 May. If you do require accommodation please enquire to nationalconference@aelp.org.uk as there may be a cancellation available. 

Travel and Parking

The Hotel offers parking to non-residents at the rate of £3.50ph or £1.50ph to guests staying at the hotel. The nearest tube station is Hammersmith Underground Station at just a 3-minute walk to the hotel.
