2023 NSTA Midwinter Meeting

The NSTA Room Block is now closed! But you can still book a room at the US GRANT Hotel, please note the rooms are based on hotel availability.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Registration for the 2023 NSTA Midwinter Meeting closes on January 9, 2023, and no refunds will be issued after that date. We will allow registration transfers until January 11, 2023. Additionally, if you have checked the box that you would like to pay your meeting registration fee via check, please be advised that our contract requires that NSTA guarantee hotel room nights, as well as food and beverage minimums. Upon registration, your hotel stay and meals are guaranteed by NSTA, so if you fail to notify us of your cancellation before January 11, 2023, and you do not pay your invoice for registration, we cannot register you for future NSTA events. We regret that we have to take this action, but NSTA uses your registration in our final room and meal counts with the hotel/resort.

Please note: At the event, we will be taking photographs. With your registration you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for exclusively for NSTA promotional, recruitment, and informational purposes – including, but not limited to, websites, social media, or any other suitable purpose by NSTA.
