Dr. Erika Michalski, known by clients and colleagues as the one who believes even the most ambitious goals are possible ... as long as there is a nimble plan rooted in authenticity to support their achievement. Recognized as a Master Trainer and Master Performance Consultant by the Association for Talent Development, the world's largest talent development association, Dr. Michalski serves client populations ranging from small teams with big dreams to global entities trying to edge out the competition.
Any woman who is a new leader, seasoned leader or potential leader at an agency in the UniGroup network who is looking to improve, refine or grow their leadership skill set and add to their leadership toolbox.
There will be pre-work prior to this session so participants are prepared for discussion. This should take no more than an hour to complete and will be sent after registration closes. Two to three months after the session, participants will participate in a virtual follow-up session regarding progress and challenges faced.

At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:
Recognize the 5 steps of the project management process
Describe how their CliftonStrengths results impact the 5 steps of the project management process
Identify strategies to address common pitfalls throughout the project management process
NOTE: This session is the most direct application of the CliftonStrengths results, but the Top 5 signature themes will be discussed across all sessions in some way.
