Attendees should use the button in the header or footer to register for the conference or Women's Leadership Workshop.
Upon completion of the conference registration, attendees will be directed to a new link to book their hotel accommodations directly with the St. Louis Union Station Hotel. This allows attendees the flexibility to make changes directly with the hotel.
Also, attendees will have the option to cancel or make changes to their hotel reservation by going back to their hotel confirmation email they received when they originally reserved the room. They can also contact Hilton reservations. Click here for more information on this new hotel reservation process.
Note: If you have a special request such as connecting rooms, please reserve your hotel room through the Hilton website and those hotel reservations will still need to be made through UniGroup after completing your hotel booking. Please contact meetings@unigroup.com if you have a specific need and the team will be happy to assist.
A credit card is required at time of check in. The hotel will authorize your credit card for the room and tax of your stay. Hotel fees will not be assessed until time of check in.
All rooms are guaranteed for late arrival by UniGroup.
Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.
Requests for specific room types are subject to availability and not guaranteed until arrival.
All hotel reservation changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of checking in by contacting Hilton Reservations directly at 1-800-445-8667. Agents can also contact meetings@unigroup.com with any hotel, registration or conference-related questions.
Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in. An early departure fee equal to 50% of one night’s room rate plus applicable tax will be charged to guests who check out prior to their reserved check out date and fail to advise the hotel at or before check in.
A one night’s hotel room charge and tax will be charged to the credit card provided during the booking process for anyone who fails to notify the hotel of cancellation at least three days prior to their scheduled arrival date.
For those attending the Women's Leadership Workshop, it is suggested to arrive the afternoon of Wednesday, Feb. 22 and depart the evening of Thursday, Feb. 23 or early Friday, Feb. 24.
If attending both the workshop and the conference, it is suggested to schedule departures for Sunday, Feb. 26 to maximize recognition and networking opportunities offered from Saturday morning to the evening's final night event.
Overnight valet parking is $45 per day,overnight self-parking is $20. All day event only parking is $13.

Note: UniGroup nor the hotel provides shuttles between the airport and hotel.
The Grand Hall bar will be open daily from 4-11 p.m. They offer bar bites until 10 p.m.
