Who Should Attend the Learning Conference

For the Learning Conference, agent staff of all roles and responsibilities will find the networking and learning opportunities valuable. However, there will be sessions focused on sales, operations, logistics, finance and move coordinator skills.

Who Should Attend the Women's Leadership Workshop

Any woman who is a new leader, seasoned leader or potential leader at an agency in the UniGroup network looking to improve, refine or grow their leadership skill set and add to their leadership toolbox should attend the Women's Leadership Workshop. Click here to learn more about the workshop.
 

Planning Travel for Learning Conference

For those attending only the Learning Conference, Thursday, Feb. 23 morning arrivals are encouraged. It is suggested departures are scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 26 to maximize recognition and networking opportunities offered from Saturday morning to the evening's final night event.

Planning Travel for the Women's Leadership Workshop

If only attending the Women's Leadership Workshop, it is suggested attendees arrive the afternoon of Wednesday, Feb. 22 and depart the evening of Thursday, Feb. 23 or early Friday, Feb. 24.

New Feature: Direct Hotel Booking

Attendees should use the button in the header or footer to register for the conference or Women's Leadership Workshop.

Upon completion of the conference registration, attendees will be directed to a new link to book their hotel accommodations directly with the St. Louis Union Station Hotel. This allows attendees the flexibility to make changes directly with the hotel. Attendees will have the option to upgrade their rooms and extend their stay based on availability. Note: If you have a special request such as connecting rooms, those requests will still need to be submitted to UniGroup after completing your hotel reservation. Please contact meetings@unigroup.com if you have a specific need and the team will be happy to assist.

Deadlines and Fees

Learning Conference Registration Fees

The registration fees for the 2023 Learning Conference and Women's Leadership Workshop are as follows:

• $950 for those who wish to attend both the Women's Workshop and Learning Conference.

• $625 for those who wish to attend only the Learning Conference.

The registration fees noted above includes general sessions, breakouts, social events and specified meal functions. New this year, agents will only have the option to pay their registration fee via credit card during the registration process.

Women's Leadership Workshop Registration Fees

For those who wish to only attend the Women's Leadership Workshop, the registration fee is $400 and includes specified Workshop functions.

Registration Deadline for Both

The registration deadline for both the Learning Conference and Workshop is Wednesday, Jan. 25. After this date, the fees will increase as follows:

• Learning Conference registration fee increases to $800.
   
• Women's Leadership Workshop increases to $500. 
   
• The fee to attend both increases to $1125.

Registration Cancellations for Both

Registration cancellations for either the Learning Conference or Women's Leadership Workshop must be received in writing prior to the close of business on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023.

If cancellations are received after this time, the full registration fee will be charged to your respective credit card based on the registration chosen (Women's Leadership Workshop, Women's Leadership Workshop and Learning Conference, Learning Conference only). This fee is nonnegotiable and will be strictly enforced due to the extensive financial investment for this meeting made by UniGroup.

No-Show Fee

A full registration fee will be assessed to the credit card provided during registration if you fail to attend the Learning Conference and/or Women's Leadership Workshop and provide no notice.
