Exhibitor and Booth Staff Information
Exhibitor registration includes the booth, and one full delegate pass for the entire event. Each exhibitor may book up to 3 additional booth staff during registration. After January 1st 2023, booth staff availability will be subject to the limits of general registration so it is recommended that booth staff are reserved during the purchase of your booth. Upon completing registration, exhibitors will receive a link within 2 business days to register their requested number of booth staff (up to 3). Booth staff may be reserved post registration by modifying your exhibitor registration.
Booth staff fees apply to delegates who will ONLY be attending the meals, plenaries and exhibition area.
Booth staff delegates CANNOT attend concurrent sessions, but MAY attend plenaries.
Booth numbers will be confirmed upon selection and your company name will appear under the floor plan immediately. If the booth is already purchased you will need to select an alternate one to secure. Booths in the Exhibitor List above are no longer available. Once registered, a representative will reach out with further details. Please refer to the event program for setup and tear down times.
To obtain a member rate you MUST have your 2022 member fees paid in full; and you MUST renew the fees for 2023 prior to attending the show(s) you register for or the non-member rate will apply. To check on the status of your membership or for membership numbers please contact info@cga.ca.
